The best ride is a safe ride. Every Razor Micromobility scooter is checked and maintained nightly for peak performance and safety.
Nightly Maintenance
Razor professionals will proactively inspect and maintain each of its scooters every night to improve safety, reliability, and performance. Our team will monitor the entire fleet’s condition each evening. Should scooters require repair, Razor will carry a local supply of spare parts and replacement scooters to ensure the operation continues smoothly.
Rider Safety
Before the ride
- Test the brakes.
- Bring and wear a helmet…it’s the law
During the Ride
- Obey all local traffic laws — they apply to you.
- Ride in bike lanes.
- Stay off sidewalks.
- Obey all traffic signals.
- Never scoot distracted.
- Only one rider per scooter.
- No minors permitted on scooters.
End the Ride
- Park scooters out of the right-of-way.
- Park near bike racks when available.
