What Information Do We Collect?

  • Account Information: If you chose to create an account with us, we ask you to submit your first and last name, telephone number, delivery and billing street addresses, email address, and a password.   • Payment Information: When you purchase products through our website, you will be asked to provide your first and last name, phone number, delivery and billing street addresses, and to enter credit or debit card account number, security code, and expiration date. We do not receive your credit/debit card information. All purchases on our website are made through secure third-party payment processors which collect credit card and other information from you. Our website uses PayPal Payflow Gateway and TSYS to process payments. We may request information about the Razor products you own, such as their serial numbers, date of purchase, and information relating to a support or service issue. Any phone call with Customer Support may be recorded and retained. We also retain all your written communications with Customer Support, including through submissions of an online form, email, text, or mail.
  • Anonymous and Aggregate Information: This is a type of information that does not identify a single user individually. The information-gathering portions of our website are not intended for or directed to persons under the age of 18. The products that Razor sells are not intended for purchase by children. Razor sells children’s and adult products for purchase by adults. By using our website, including registering your Razor product or providing Razor with any information, you represent to Razor that you are 18 years of age or older and that any information you provide to Razor about a third party is for a third party that is 18 years of age or older.
