Affected products have a sticker with the serial number on the bottom of the deck and on the charger. The sticker is white with black printing.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have previously contacted Razor regarding a RipStik Electric experiencing a “rear wheel that does not rotate” and have received a replacement or repair from Razor, your replacement product has been modified and is not part of this recall to repair. Razor can confirm this for you if you wish to call or register under the recall.
