Check to see that your charger is connected properly to the vehicle charging port. Line up the notch in the charger plug with the notch in the charger port.
Make sure the charger is plugged all the way into the charger port. Charge your battery for a full 8 hours and then test to see if your product will run. It is possible that your battery is fully charged and the lights on your charger are not functioning properly. If your product fails to charge it is most likely battery issues – please see your product page for additional troubleshooting.
