Your battery should be completely charged when the charger light turns a solid Green after a full 12 hours of charging. If your charger shows a solid Green light after charging for a shorter period of time, your battery may not be fully charged. Continue charging for the full 8 hours. It is ok to charge the battery after each use even if the battery power is not completely drained.
Check to see that your charger is working properly by following these steps:
STEP 1 – First, check to make sure you have the correct charger. Make sure the voltage is accurate for your scooter. Razor electric products require either a 24 or 36-voltage charger depending on the model.
STEP 2 – Plug charger into your electrical power outlet. The light should be solid Green.
STEP 3 – Next, plug the charger into the charging port in your Razor scooter. Make sure that it is plugged correctly to the charger port. The light should now be solid Red.
STEP 4 – When charging is complete and the charger is Green again , unplug the charger from the wall and then the charger port. You should now be ready to go.
