Select the problem you are experiencing:
- Rear wheel barely moves.

Try the following:
- Lift rear end up and manually spin rear wheel forward. Should spin 3-4 times with no resistance.
- If the wheel does not spin freely, replace rear wheel.
- Battery shows fully charged, power switch light up, scooter does not move.

Try the following:
- Check for loose connection(s) underneath the deck plate. If connections are loose, reconnect them.
- Secure unit; turn power on & with NO weight on the unit, lift back end up & apply throttle. If rear wheel spins freely, replace the battery and/or charger.
- Remove deck plate & unplug brake connector from Control Module. Secure unit; turn power on & apply throttle. If the motor engages/rear wheel spins, then replace brake lever
- If the motor does NOT engage, replace throttle & control module.
